Playland Park was located in Springfield, Ohio, just outside of Akron. It was originally known as "Fallon's Kiddie Land" in the 50s, then "Fallon's Kiddieland Park" in the 60s.
They added more attractions for older folks, and eventually settled on "Fallon's Playland Amusement Park".
The Fallons sold the park around 1971. The new owners added more rides, and a popular roller rink. The new "Playland Park" operated until 1984.
