Buckeye Beer, Toledo Ohio

The second oldest business in Toledo, The Buckeye Brewing Company began operations in 1838, and was one of the oldest breweries in American history.

In the mid-1990s, The Maumee Bay Brewing Company purchased the rights to use the Buckeye label.

This logo is scanned and redone from a 1940s matchbook, and features their mascot, "Bucky".
