Engine House #5 in Columbus Ohio was located in an 1880's Gothic fire house- an awesome building now on the register of historic sites. It kept the same look and feel, with the decor, ambiance, and servers sliding down the fire poles. Unfortunately, the restaurant closed in 1993, when the owner, Chuck Muer, and his wife, Betty, were lost at sea.

This logo was taken from one of their old matchbooks- itself is based on a "rubbing" of the engraved stone that is over the door of the building.
