There is very little information about Rocky's Cafe in Columbus Ohio that I can find. There are some business records that list Rocky's at that address, but that's about it.
There is a "Rocky's Pub and Grille" in Mansfield right now, so that could be related somehow.
I did have a woman buy this shirt and mention she used to work there. I should ask her for some more details. I did a google maps search on the address and it appears to be a strip club now. Maybe she worked at both places.
