Salvatore Presutti opened the TAT Villa in his home in 1933, and it was renamed Presutti's Villa in 1939.
After a fire in the kitchen of the restaurant, Presutti's Villa closed in 1981. It spent some time as other names until the building was razed. A Sherwin-Williams was last known to occupy the space.
