Lon Allford operated his bar on Brown St in Dayton, Ohio until 1947.
After that, the location was purchased by a man named Jim Sullivan who renamed it the Pine Club, due to pine wood paneling he installed. The Pine Club remains today!
Lonnie did have a a matchbook, but it was the kind with just writing on, no design whatsoever. It basically said:

So I made him one! This is an original design, like something he might have hung on the wall.
