There are a lot of "Good Egg" restauarants around the US. But this one was a regional chain based in Phoenix, Arizona. It was a popular breakfast place.
Florida-based First Watch daytime cafe bought The Good Egg in 2014, and planned (plans?) to convert all 19 existing Egg locations in Phoenix and Tucson to First Watch cafes. The name "First Watch" just doesn't have a catchy or memorable ring to it.
The matchbook used for this Tshirt is from the 1970s I believe.
