Quaker Square in Akron was a shopping/ restaurant area in downtown Akron that was first occupied by the Quaker Oats factory. Since that time, the building was turned into a hotel, and now it is owned by the University of Akron. Those would probably make really cool dorm rooms.
The Tavern In The Square was located there- this matchbook cover is from the 1980s.
