The Moonlight Shopping Center was located at El Camino Real and Kiely Blvd., Santa Clara, CA, opening in 1960. It was home to many stores, the Moonlite Drive-In, and Cal's Roaring 20's Lounge. It's still a shopping center, but with faceless chain stores. The only clue to the Moonlite Center's former 1960s splendor is the Moonlite Lanes bowling alley, which is still intact. The Roaring 20's Lounge could have been located in the bowling alley, but I am not sure.
The matchbook used for this Tshirt is from the 1960s.
