Cleveland: The Southern Tavern, University Circle

The Southern Tavern was located on Carnegie Ave. at E. 105 ST. it was advertised as "Cleveland's finest dinner house Luncheon -- Dinner -- Supper Club" , and not to mention free parking.

This part of University Circle in Cleveland has changed drastically, and it is hard to tell that anything ever existed here besides faceless buildings and a bus stop.

The T-shirt design is from a matchbook from the 1950s.
